The surface presents dark grey \/ grey-black matte appearance without metallic luster, uniform rust-free surface with no obvious oxide scale. With passivation film for stable rust resistance, dimensional tolerance \u00b10.1mm, high hardness and great tensile strength, the raw material cost is lower than bright annealed wire.
