Smooth machining

Machined at lower feed rates. Less visible tool marks, better sealing properties and reduced friction.
Polishing

Smoothing to remove tool marks. Essential for optical parts, molds, or reducing friction.
Bead Blasting

Bombarded with glass beads for a uniform matte finish. Hides tool marks. Note: Affects dimensions.
Tumbled

Batch process with vibrating media. Removes sharp edges (deburring) and smooths geometry.
Anodizing Type II (Matte)

Do you have a minimum order quantity?
We support both small trial orders and full container bulk export orders. MOQ can be negotiated according to specific steel grade, specification and surface requirements.
What material grades of stainless steel can you supply?
We mainly supply 201, 304, 316L, 430 series stainless steel coils and wire rods, including No.1 hot rolled surface, 2B cold rolled surface, BA bright finish surface, customized slitting & cutting service available.
Can you provide official material test certificates for export?
Yes. Material Test Certificate (MTC), mill certificate, certificate of origin can be provided for each shipment to meet customs clearance and client incoming inspection requirements.
What is your usual production & lead time?
For regular in-stock specifications, we can arrange delivery within 3-7 working days. For customized production orders, the production cycle is about 10-25 working days based on order quantity and processing requirements.
